What does a typical engagement look like?
A small, senior team embeds with you — usually a strategist and one or two principal engineers. We agree the highest-leverage outcome, then ship working software against it in short, visible cycles. No layers, no hand-offs, no theatre.
Do you build the AI itself, or just integrate APIs?
Both, but our edge is building the system itself: LLM copilots, retrieval-augmented generation, autonomous agents and ML pipelines designed for production — not demos. When an off-the-shelf API is the right call, we use it; when it is not, we build.
How do you approach security and compliance?
Zero-trust, from the database schema up. We design for least privilege, audit-ready logging and data isolation from day one, and align to ISO 27001, GDPR and SOC 2 expectations rather than bolting them on at the end.
Can you work with our existing team and codebase?
Yes. We frequently embed alongside in-house teams, inherit existing systems and raise the bar incrementally. We are comfortable owning a greenfield build or strengthening something already in production.
What happens after launch?
Software is never "done". We offer ongoing partnership — observability, iteration and support — sized to what you actually need, so the system keeps earning its keep long after the first release.
How quickly can we start?
We take a handful of engagements at a time so each gets senior attention. Reach out with where you are headed and we will tell you honestly when we can start and how we would approach it.
How much does a project cost?
Every engagement is scoped to its outcome, so we price per project after a short discovery call rather than from a fixed rate card. You get a clear, fixed-scope proposal before any work begins — no open-ended hourly surprises.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. On delivery, all source code, models and intellectual property are yours, with full handover and documentation. We are glad to sign an NDA before the conversation even starts.
Do you work with remote and international teams?
Yes. We work remotely with founders and teams across time zones — clear async communication, regular live checkpoints and shared visibility into progress. Distance has never been the bottleneck; clarity is.
What technologies do you work with?
We are stack-agnostic and choose tools to fit the problem: typically TypeScript/React and Laravel or Python on the backend, PostgreSQL/MySQL, edge-ready cloud infrastructure, and the major LLM providers. The right tool for the outcome, never technology for its own sake.
